MTG is not accepting new in-office ABA patients or adding to our ABA waitlist at this time. We are currently transitioning to a school-based model and partnering with local schools. Please keep an eye on this page for updates!

When your child is ready to be evaluated/treated for OT/ST, you will need a referral from your child's primary care provider (MD or NP) before the service(s) can begin. We will contact you to begin this process when there is an opening on our schedule. Referrals should be faxed to 901-589-9001.​
